Southern Enduro Series Warm-Up

Parking & camping is in a rough grass field.

No derestricted E-bikes
No assisting other riders to the top of the hills with E-bikes

General Site Rules:
There will be no access to the site before Sat 8th March, this is private land and we want to be able to use this venue for years to come. Just to repeat this is PRIVATE LAND.
Parking/Camping – Listen to instructions from the parking marshal.
We have portable toilets on site, please queue as indicated and use the hand sanitizer. Only put toilet roll down the toilets. Keep the toilets tidy and rubbish free.
Please take all your rubbish home with you.
Please follow all on-site safety signs.
We will have an onsite Medical Team.
Action Sports Timing will be timing the event.
Coffee and food vendor will be providing on site Refreshments.
Fun and u13s categories:
For this event we are open up the trails an hour early to allow the fun and u13s some pressure free runs to ease them into the event.
This applies to the following categories:
U13s Female
U13 Male
Fun Female
Fun Male
We will also do a separate riders briefing for these categories which will be more beginner focused (See Schedule).
Also for both u13s categories we will be offing a wrist band that will allow up to a 2 min gap behind them again to ease any pressure from more experienced riders. Collect from Scott to the riders briefing.
Format/Instructions:
– Arrive on site and park up with lots of space around you.
– Go to sign on and verbally sign on and get your number
board via the one-way system.
– Then get your timing chip via the one-way system.
– the race will start at (See Schedule)
– Then follow the transition to get to the top of the hill
– You can do the stages in any order and as many times as you want.
-your fastest times from each stage count to your overall time, so you have to ride each stage at least once to get a result.
– The race will end at 3pm This will conclude racing for the day. Please make your way
home or stick around for prize giving.
– Prizes for top 3 riders in each category.
– You can keep your number board but you need to return
you timing chip to the timing trailer/tent. If you don’t return your chip,
you won’t get a result and be charged to replace it.
-Final results will be available online after the last racer hands in their timing chip.
Sign-on:
There will be a one-way system for sign on with a verbal sign on process. (No pen needed).
Give your name & category and you will be handed your number board.
Next the one-way system will direct you to the timing chip trailer. Say your race number and you will be handed your timing chip.
That is sign on complete.
Camping:
Camping is available on Saturday night, this is free. Please bear in mind this is a rough field with portable toilets.

Sun 8:30am Sign-on Open

Sun 9:00am Fun and u13s Riders Briefing
Sun 9:00am Fun and u13s Start of the race
Sun 9:45am Riders Briefing
Sun 10.00am Start of race for everyone else.
Sun 3.00pm End of race for everyone.
Sun 3.30pm prize giving ( Top 3 riders in each category)
Sun 4.30pm Site clear of all racers

Photographers will need to go to sign on to give their name and number so we know who is on site.
