Riders Briefing
Southern Enduro South West Rd2 – Sunday 18th June 2023 – Tiverton, Devon.
This is not the actual postcode but its close:
EX16 7QH Follow signs from here, the parking is in a field please don’t drive down anyone’s driveway.
The lanes on the way to the venues are really narrow/small and not great for RV’s and caravans. If you are in a larger vehicle the lanes are slightly bigger if you approach the venue from the north (via Bampton/Cove).
Please be mindful of the local residents on your drive to the venue.
Parking & camping is in a rough grass field.
Some Race rules reminders:
No re-runs for mechanicals or crashes.
No derestricted E-bikes
No assisting other riders to the top of the hills with E-bikes
All riders must start in their categories and at the race village not their cars or the top of the hill.

General Site Rules:
There will be no access to the site before Sat 18th June, this is private land and we want to be able to use this venue for years to come. Just to repeat this is PRIVATE LAND.
Parking – Listen to instructions from the parking marshal.
We have extra toilets, please queue as indicated and use the hand sanitizer. Only put toilet roll down the toilets. Keep the toilets tidy and rubbish free.
Please take all your rubbish home with you.
Please follow all on-site safety signs.
LUL-MED will be our onsite Medical Team.
Action Sports Timing will be timing the event.
Toastie Badger and Yum Yumz will be providing on site Refreshments.
Format/Instructions:
– Arrive on site and park up.
– Sunday morning go to sign on and verbally sign on and get your number
board via the one-way system.
– Then get your timing chip via the one-way system.
– At your start time after morning practice, you will be set-off
from the race village.
– Then follow the transition to get to stage 1, queue until the marshal sets you off in 30sec gaps.
– Follow the same process for the next 3 stages.
– The 4th and final stage on Sunday will end where you started at the
race village.
– Prizes for top 3 riders in each category will be
collected at Podiums after the results are final.
– You can keep your number board but you need to return
you timing chip to the timing trailer/tent. If you don’t return your chip,
you won’t get a result and be charged to replace it.
-Final results will be available online after the last racer hands in their timing chip.
Camping:
Camping is available on Saturday night, this is an extra £5 charge paid directly to the land owner. They will come around after you set up to collect the money, have £5 cash ready. Please bear in mind this is a rough field with portable toilets. If you want a showers or a local B&B please use this postcode to find something local: EX16 7QH

Photographers will need to go to sign on to give their name and number so we know who is on site.
